Marketing and Portfolio Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage market intelligence and insights through qualitative and quantitative research
• Design briefings and Gantt charts for new career launches and portfolio maintenance campaigns
• Monitor top and middle funnel performance indicators (reach, traffic, and qualified leads)
• Coordinate with academic and creative teams for high-impact events like Open Days and workshops
• Design and deliver career training for the commercial team
• Act as a strategic liaison with Deans and Career Directors to align tactical actions with marketing objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product campaign management, research, or educational marketing
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing/sales funnels
• Excellent planning and organizational skills using Gantt charts
