Marketing and Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of client-facing events, including thought leadership seminars and client entertainment, across the AZ, CO, NV, and NM markets.
• Manage event logistics such as venue research, communications, registrations, CRM management, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
• Draft email communications, publish event details on the firm's website, and prepare event materials like handouts and signage.
• Facilitate the submission of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for major market events.
• Manage administrative aspects of market sponsorships, including coordinating marketing materials, logos, payments, and timelines.
• Oversee sponsorship fulfillment, including registrations and attendee coordination.
• Schedule attorney and paralegal headshots and draft news items to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of event coordination and general marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience with registration management and e-communication platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with attorneys, staff, and clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
