Marketing and Events Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage events for SAE Digital and Conquista brands, including strategic planning, execution, and results analysis
• Handle everything from objective definition and brand positioning to final execution
• Manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers such as agencies, builders, catering, technology, and production

Requirements

• Previous experience managing corporate events (in-person and digital) end-to-end
• Experience with budget control and supplier management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Availability for travel across different regions of Brazil

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the education sector or B2B relationship-focused companies
• Experience with large-scale events and trade fairs
• Knowledge of branding strategies and brand experience in events
• Familiarity with project and event management tools
• Experience producing hybrid or digital events (lives, webinars, broadcasts)
