Marketing and Digital Engagement Associate

Responsibilities

• Create, film, and edit content for social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Implement engagement tactics to grow audience reach and align with marketing initiatives
• Manage the main website, including content updates and supporting a website redesign
• Troubleshoot website issues and liaise with external web agencies
• Execute email marketing campaigns via Salesforce for various programs
• Analyze and report monthly on social media performance and optimize tactics
• Manage Google Business account and monitor press updates

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role
• Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or ContentCal)
• Experience using Content Management Systems, preferably WordPress
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro), and Canva
• Experience filming dance or movement

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in or appreciation for the performing arts
• Experience with Salesforce email execution
