Marketing and Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and manage marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and press releases
• Create and optimize content for digital platforms, websites, and social media
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote services and capabilities
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors
• Lead planning and execution for events, trade shows, and webinars
• Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to align marketing efforts
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and marketing databases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
• Familiarity with government contracting or defense industry marketing
• Experience in event planning and coordination
