Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Operate marketing, communication, and positioning strategies with a local presence and agile execution.
• Facilitate the execution of robust attraction and positioning campaigns.
• Act as a liaison between national and local teams to ensure institutional presence.
• Manage local branding and ensure correct brand usage within the assigned area.
• Implement and develop plans for local social media and coordinate organic campus social media.
• Execute public relations activities, including events, local media relations, and KOL management.
• Provide first response for crisis management at the campus level.
• Drive content creation in collaboration with national content and social media leaders.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Public Relations (must be graduated).
• At least 1 year of experience in Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• Proven experience in defining internal and external communication plans and programs.
• Strong leadership and assertive communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a high sense of urgency.
