About the role

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit digital communications, including content for newsletters, websites, and social media platforms
  • Ensure all content and promotional materials adhere to university brand identity guidelines
  • Coordinate logistical details for email campaigns across various departments
  • Edit content for brochures, handbooks, and other marketing collateral
  • Collect and manage digital assets for use across online platforms
  • Utilize standard videography and photography techniques to capture desired visual results
  • Verify that all website links and digital content are up-to-date
  • Generate reports to track communication and marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of specific experience in marketing or communications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
  • Experience with web-based CMS systems such as WordPress
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
