Responsibilities

• Write engaging LinkedIn posts and impactful internal communication articles for the intranet
• Manage weekly and monthly internal newsletters
• Oversee the relationship with the communication agency for Instagram publications
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure regular publication
• Produce visuals for social media and coordinate podcast, video, or interview shoots
• Work with service providers (graphic designers, videographers) and track deliverables
• Propose internal and external communication topics and organize editorial committees
• Monitor content performance and suggest adjustments
• Participate in organizing client or internal events such as cocktails, breakfasts, and conferences
• Coordinate logistics and service providers for events

Requirements

• Currently a student at Bac +3 level, preferably specializing in Marketing & Communication
• Excellent writing skills with impeccable spelling
• Comfortable with social media and digital trends
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
• Autonomous, curious, organized, and proactive
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Initial experience in video content creation
