About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own reporting frameworks for brand, content, lifecycle, customer, and product marketing initiatives
  • Define and track non-demand KPIs including brand awareness, content consumption, and customer engagement signals
  • Create reports and generate actionable insights to optimize Marketing ROI and drive cross-functional cohesion
  • Collaborate with Operations, Tools, and Insights teams to drive solutions that optimize revenue generation
  • Develop and implement regular reporting for brand health, content measurement, and digital performance
  • Manage and cleanse large, complex, or unstructured datasets to extract usable insights
  • Use advanced analytics to provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, revenues, and risks

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, marketing operations, or a related quantitative role
  • Proven experience in hyper-growth tech environments (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in database technologies and tools such as SQL, R, SAS, or JMP
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or Sisense
  • Strong ability to translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and reporting frameworks
  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Power BI
  • Specialized knowledge in measuring non-demand generation activities
