Marketing Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of GTM reporting for the marketing organization
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance and pipeline impact
• Develop standardized reports for metrics including CPL, MQL volume, and ROI
• Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences
• Partner with Demand Generation to identify funnel bottlenecks
• Deliver actionable insights and prioritized recommendations
• Own and evolve the marketing attribution framework
• Work with Marketing Operations to ensure reliable data flow between CRM and reporting systems
• Provide mentorship and thought leadership across the Marketing Operations team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics within B2B SaaS
• Strong expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce reporting
• Experience designing attribution models and campaign tracking frameworks
• Exceptional analytical skills for synthesizing large datasets
• Strong commitment to data accuracy and governance
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity or high-growth B2B SaaS
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Experience supporting ABM and outbound performance measurement
• HubSpot certifications
• Experience with data warehouse environments and advanced SQL
• Experience using Monday.com
