Marketing Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze complex datasets to drive growth strategy
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and podcasts
• Partner with content and organic teams to analyze SEO and social initiative performance
• Build and maintain data pipelines to collect and aggregate marketing data from 3rd party platforms and internal warehouses
• Develop and automate reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs
• Perform in-depth analyses including attribution modeling, A/B testing, and spend efficiency studies
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
• Perform predictive modeling and campaign forecasting using Python
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance data collection processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field plus 5 years of analytics experience (or Master's degree plus 4 years)
• 4 years of experience in marketing analytics with an emphasis on paid media performance
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data pipelines and quantitative analysis
• Experience with paid acquisition channels, campaign setup, and measurement
• Experience with HTML
• Experience with BI platforms such as Metabase or Looker
• Experience working in both large companies and high-growth startups
