Responsibilities

• Guide and coach a small team of marketing analysts
• Partner with the CMO and marketing leadership to shape strategy with data
• Create clear narratives, dashboards, and self-serve tools for marketing teams
• Connect marketing metrics to broader company outcomes and growth stories
• Manage stakeholder requests and drive technical alignment on data definitions
• Shape measurement frameworks for attribution, incrementality, CAC, and LTV
• Maintain a hands-on approach by diving into high-stakes technical projects

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Analytics or Data Science
• 3+ years of experience specifically in the marketing domain
• 2+ years of experience guiding and mentoring analysts
• Advanced SQL skills for large datasets
• Strong BI and data visualization skills
• Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and causal inference
• Experience with attribution logic, conversion loops, and LTV modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments
• Proficiency in Python or R
