Responsibilities

• Manage operational and strategic initiatives in performance marketing, including planning and scaling AI-generated ads
• Optimize paid marketing campaigns continuously
• Collaborate closely with the management team on strategic questions and growth initiatives
• Independently identify optimization potential in marketing and develop data-driven strategies
• Take ownership of growth projects from conception to implementation
• Support cross-functional projects to enable sustainable growth

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an advanced degree program at a top-tier business school or a recent graduate
• Initial practical experience in a demanding environment (e.g., fast-growing startup or management consulting)
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, especially in automation, No-/Low-Code, and AI
• High level of initiative and strong performance standards
• Precise and convincing communication skills
