Marketing Analytics & Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Measure true incremental return on marketing spend using geo lift, holdout testing, and media mix modelling
• Quantify the paid/organic relationship including halo effects and cannibalization
• Build financial models connecting marketing spend to acquisition, retention, and LTV
• Perform monthly/quarterly forecasting, variance narrative, and sensitivity analysis
• Develop investment frameworks, ROI thresholds, and spend limits for Growth teams
• Size new markets and model investment cases for geo expansion
• Partner with VP of Growth, COO, and CFO to translate analysis into actionable recommendations
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate analysis and model building

Requirements

• 8+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing
• Deep expertise in incrementality, marginal CAC, LTV, and media mix modeling
• Proven track record of owning measurement methods end-to-end
• Experience in high-growth B2C, marketplace, or subscription businesses
• Proficiency with Looker, Snowflake/SQL, and advanced Sheets/Excel
• Demonstrated success using AI tools to drive insights
• Strong communication skills to defend recommendations to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial finance
• Hands-on financial modelling for user acquisition
• Experience in fast-growing, data-driven startups
