Marketing Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various marketing channels including digital, social media, email, and web analytics
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports for real-time KPI tracking such as ROI and conversion rates
• Perform deep-dive analysis on marketing campaigns using A/B testing, segmentation, and cohort analysis
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to design data-driven growth strategies
• Utilize statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast marketing outcomes and guide budget allocation
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
• Proven experience in marketing analytics within the Pharma and Healthcare domain
• Knowledge of Omnichannel marketing, segmentation, targeting, and web analytics
• Experience with Patient/HCP engagement analysis, marketing mix, and consumer insights
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, and social media
