About the role

Responsibilities

  • Experiment with and optimize campaign performance, including ads, bidding, and pricing strategies across partners like Google, Bing, and Tripadvisor.
  • Develop predictive models using data science techniques to understand the impact of large-scale campaigns and demand elasticity.
  • Build dashboards to track performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Communicate growth levers and strategic recommendations to stakeholders via presentations.
  • Collaborate with product teams on implementation roadmaps for data-driven features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative subject (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or Science) from a top university.
  • 2+ years of experience in data crunching, ideally from top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing global tech company.
  • Proficiency in data analysis packages and databases such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or SPSS.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to make efficient decisions based on objective evidence and a strong desire to take ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and other experimentation metrics.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration and team spirit in a diverse environment.
