Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage product operations, product launches, and forecasting efforts for the generics commercial team.
• Analyze complex data regarding pharmaceutical product supplies, demand, customer demographics, and pricing to evaluate market dynamics.
• Generate sales analytics, product management reports, and portfolio analysis to support the Generics Retail business.
• Act as a conduit between Demand Planners and the Sales team to ensure supply schedules align with forecasts.
• Assist in the development of sales budgets and forecasts using IQVIA data.
• Monitor market share at the product level based on competition, pricing utilization, and costs.
• Create monthly sales analysis and SOP reports for senior management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and pricing teams.

Requirements

• BS in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of applicable work experience in marketing or analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working with IQVIA data.
