Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners including content creators, influencers, and media publishers
• Monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics, and optimize for growth
• Negotiate terms and manage affiliate payouts and contracts
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Track and report on KPIs including user acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels
• Conduct competitive research and stay current on trends in sports and social media marketing

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth, strategy, or influencer marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of influencer marketing tools and affiliate management
• Familiarity with sports predictions, fantasy sports, or prediction platforms
• Experience managing social media accounts or creating content
