Marketing Analyst Jr

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing plans for the Advanced Surgery unit, ensuring compliance with promotional and commercial activities.
• Coordinate the organization and execution of events, meetings, and promotional activities, managing internal approvals and vendors.
• Manage promotional and POP materials, including agency coordination, inventory control, and distribution.
• Administer departmental administrative processes, such as purchase orders (POs), vendor creation, contracts, and associated documentation.
• Monitor invoicing, validate supporting documents, and assist in the correct execution of the marketing budget.
• Support budget control for the area, ensuring visibility of expenses and compliance with the approved plan.
• Provide operational support to the business unit and sales force to ensure timely delivery of requirements and internal guidelines.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, commercial, or administrative areas (professional internships may be considered).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Intermediate English level (desirable).
