Marketing Analyst, CRM/Retention

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance of CRM campaigns and lifecycle programs to identify drivers of engagement, conversion, and retention
• Conduct deep dives into customer segments, behavior patterns, and opt-in journeys to uncover optimization opportunities
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations through dashboards, visualizations, and presentations
• Own the customer cohort model and forecast retention rates and repeat customer spending for annual budgeting
• Partner with product, data, and marketing operations to ensure accurate data pipelines and campaign tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM, or retention within an e-commerce or DTC environment
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for working with large datasets
• Familiarity with ecommerce datasets and Google Analytics
• Understanding of digital marketing and CRM metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, CTR, CVR, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics
