About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing operations, event logistics, and supplier management
- Manage end-to-end event and webinar execution including registrations and stakeholder communications
- Support webinar setup, dry runs, and execution using ON24
- Upload leads into Salesforce and ensure data accuracy
- Manage attendee lists, follow-ups, and reporting
- Coordinate booking forms, POs, and Oracle workflows
- Maintain event calendars and SLA tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing administration or events
- Proficiency in Oracle, ON24, Salesforce, and Monday.com
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Looker Studio
