About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing operations, event logistics, and supplier management
  • Manage end-to-end event and webinar execution including registrations and stakeholder communications
  • Support webinar setup, dry runs, and execution using ON24
  • Upload leads into Salesforce and ensure data accuracy
  • Manage attendee lists, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Coordinate booking forms, POs, and Oracle workflows
  • Maintain event calendars and SLA tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing administration or events
  • Proficiency in Oracle, ON24, Salesforce, and Monday.com
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Looker Studio
