Marketing Activations & Operations

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end follow-through on marketing partnerships and activations
• Ensure all agreed-upon deliverables are executed on time and to spec
• Track campaign timelines, dependencies, and approvals across teams
• Act as the point person to keep partners, creators, agencies, and internal teams aligned
• Ensure every campaign is fully reused and adapted across all relevant channels including paid, organic, social, email, PR, OOH, and product
• Coordinate asset handoffs and reformatting to maximize campaign impact
• Build and maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and activation roadmaps
• Create lightweight systems to ensure campaigns stay coordinated as the team scales
• Flag risks early when timelines, assets, or approvals are slipping
• Support launches, stunts, and real-time activations that require tight coordination

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, activations, campaign management, or partnerships
• Strong project management instincts
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator capable of driving follow-through
• Resourceful and proactive with end-to-end ownership
• Experience coordinating across multiple marketing channels is a plus
