Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough monitoring of trading activities to detect potential market abuse, including insider trading and market manipulation
• Prepare detailed reports on findings for the compliance team and senior management
• Document suspicious activities in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with local and EU regulations regarding market abuse
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and trading teams to improve practices
• Assist in developing training materials to raise awareness about market abuse
• Utilize advanced analytics tools and software to identify patterns of abuse

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or trading with a focus on market abuse
• Strong understanding of MiFID II and MAR (Market Abuse Regulation)
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and German
