Market Supply Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the single operational point of contact for demand-related aspects for the assigned portfolio
• Validate demand volumes and capture market intelligence from key stakeholders
• Handle product supply issues in collaboration with Supply Sites, Global Logistics, and Commercial teams
• Support early detection of potential stock outs and coordinate communication to local Health Authorities
• Review forecast quality metrics and monitor supply chain parameter settings
• Lead or support in-market pre-S&OP, S&OP, and IBP meetings to ensure demand and supply alignment
• Support lifecycle initiatives including product discontinuations, divestments, and pack changes
• Manage Forecast Accuracy and Bias (MAPE) to ensure high-quality demand signals
• Maintain master data in planning systems to reflect true demand and consumption settings

Requirements

• Proven experience in Demand Planning
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain planning methodology
• Knowledge of planning systems such as ECC, APO, or OMP
• Proficiency in forecasting and demand analysis
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
• Confident communication and collaborative working skills, particularly across different cultures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience employing Lean tools to deliver process improvements
• Background in statistical forecasting
• Commercial experience within a pharmaceutical or similar industry
• APICS certification
