Market Supply Chain Planner/PMO

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute demand and supply strategies for the Mexico market to ensure supply continuity.
• Lead the local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with cross-functional teams to align on key business decisions.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including new product launches and alignment on product changes with regulatory and commercial teams.
• Monitor supply chain performance against KPIs such as forecast error, inventory levels, and write-offs.
• Drive digital transformation by leveraging business intelligence tools to design, test, and implement reporting and analytic solutions.
• Manage inventory replenishment strategies and mitigate obsolescence risks.
• Act as a Product Owner for specific digital platforms, driving adoption and training users.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Planning.
• Proven experience in S&OP process execution and leading cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in SAP and Kinaxis.
• Strong data analysis skills using visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Microstrategy.
• Intermediate to advanced fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Mexico City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Basic knowledge of analytical programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with Operational Excellence or Lean systems (IMEx).
