Market Strategy Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by executing major initiatives and supporting business plan development
• Create and revise organizational systems, procedures, and control forms to optimize operating practices
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and develop corresponding reporting procedures and systems
• Support financial management through budgetary process maintenance, analysis, and expense management
• Collaborate across departments to drive productivity and foster an inclusive work environment
• Monitor workflows, resource utilization, and personnel to ensure optimal team performance
• Act as an advisor to internal teams regarding operational information and project tasks
• Maintain quality service standards by establishing and enforcing organizational benchmarks

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a related field
• Strong analytical ability to organize data and make informed, strategic decisions
• Solid understanding of industry trends and governmental regulations
• Proven ability to multi-task, reprioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Ability to work constructively with professionals at various levels of an organization
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
