Market & Strategic Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and scout emerging technologies, standards, patents, and competitor releases to maintain a structured watchlist.
• Collect and synthesize information from credible sources to summarize technical concepts and their business implications.
• Support evaluations of technology maturity, feasibility, and relevance using established frameworks.
• Translate technical developments into business-facing insights regarding opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
• Draft technology trend reports, competitive briefs, and executive-ready presentations.
• Build and maintain recurring technical indicators, metrics, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal technical experts across engineering, IT, and product teams to validate assumptions.
• Manage knowledge repositories, including research trails, templates, and briefing libraries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in technology analysis, IT, engineering, product, or data/operations analytics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting packages such as PowerBI.
• Experience or knowledge of databases (SQL) and programming languages (Python, R, XML, or Javascript).
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a process-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Japanese.
• Experience with ETL frameworks.
