Market Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the security function in Sales Field Operations and Country Risks Assessment to protect people and assets.
• Analyze security threats and risks to the business and implement mitigation plans and countermeasures.
• Conduct security risk assessments to validate the effectiveness of people, processes, and technology controls.
• Develop and support the implementation of Incident Management plans and frameworks.
• Provide security advice to sales teams and travelers operating in high-risk zones or cities.
• Coordinate and deliver security capability training for employees, security teams, and third-party partners.
• Prepare detailed reports, including security incident reporting, intelligence briefings, and threat assessments.
• Manage and review security contracts and engage with third-party security providers and government agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Business Administration, Criminology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Security, Risk, Compliance, Internal Control, Audit, or Fraud Prevention.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Strong data handling skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Experience in a significant coordination role or within a corporate security/control process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
