Market Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive BRS Premier and GolfNow sales to grow market share across the region
• Own and deliver a regional acquisition strategy to secure new club partnerships
• Apply a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and deliver persuasive pitches
• Build advanced product and competitor knowledge to position technology as the preferred partner
• Develop and maintain a strong industry network through outbound prospecting and events
• Leverage CRM data and insights to prioritize opportunities and optimize sales strategy
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management, including accurate Salesforce updates and forecasting
• Represent the brand as an ambassador at exhibitions and industry conferences

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional sales experience, ideally within a SaaS environment
• Strong technical aptitude with confidence using web-based and cloud-based applications
• Proven ability to execute a structured, end-to-end sales process
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets
• Full SA driving license and access to a vehicle
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree level education in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, or IT
• Knowledge of the golf industry
• An established network of industry contacts
