Market Risk Analyst - SRE

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical technology infrastructure for credit risk platforms to ensure system resilience and reliability.
• Provide technical support to resolve complex issues and develop support models to improve service for stakeholders.
• Execute preventative maintenance on hardware and software using monitoring tools and metrics to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze system logs, error messages, and user reports to identify and resolve root causes of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Drive efficiency through automation, monitoring enhancements, capacity management, and resiliency improvements.
• Identify and remediate potential service-impacting risks and maintain detailed documentation in a knowledge base.
• Partner with global teams and stakeholders to manage business continuity and front-office specific support.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical experience with high proficiency in SQL and Database Technologies.
• Strong experience working within Unix and Windows environments.
• Proven experience within the Investment Banking domain.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL concepts and best practices.
• Experience using batch monitoring tools, preferably Autosys.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with configuration management tools and reporting (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong project management skills.
• Understanding of the "follow-the-sun" model and experience collaborating with offshore teams.
