Responsibilities

  • Analyze ongoing brand tracking studies across key regions, focusing on usage, attitudes, and perceptions
  • Design and build quantitative research surveys from scratch, including questionnaire structure and logic
  • Program, test, and QA surveys using platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or Typeform
  • Perform crosstab analysis, segmentation, and deep exploratory analysis on large raw datasets
  • Identify patterns and trends to generate insights for brand, marketing, and growth decisions
  • Prepare clear, insight-driven research reports and visualizations for various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and UX Research teams to align insights with business and product goals
  • Improve research processes and analytical templates to ensure scalability

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in quantitative market research and analytics
  • Strong expertise in survey-based research and customer segmentation
  • High proficiency in Excel and quantitative analysis of raw survey data
  • Proven ability to produce insight-led reports with charts and visualizations
  • Experience with brand tracking, satisfaction surveys, and competitor analysis
  • Experience working across international and multicultural markets
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with statistical tools such as R, Python, SPSS, or Stata
  • Familiarity with BI or visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience managing external research vendors or panels
  • Knowledge of brand attribution or marketing effectiveness analysis
