Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in market research, specifically within the real estate or property development industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale research projects and leading professional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in market research software, data analysis tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Deep familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
