LineLeap is obsessed with perfecting the nightlife experience. The LineLeap platform allows convenient access to purchase LineSkip passes, Cover, Event Tickets, and Drinks right from your phone, while empowering venue owners to improve marketing efforts and create new revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the boots on the ground for LineLeap in Nashville on busy weekend nights
• Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote LineLeap and sell LineSkips and other products
• Act as a product expert to educate bars on best practices for using LineLeap platforms
• Observe and report issues or trends through feedback loops to ensure operational and technical issues are addressed
• Adapt to shifting priorities and real-time inbound issues

Requirements

• Highly self-motivated team player
• Outgoing and comfortable holding conversations with external partners and customers
• Reliable and flexible with availability for weekend and late evening work
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and use good judgment
• Willingness to work Friday and Saturday nights (generally 9pm-1am)
