Market Quality & Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a quality strategy for InPost Netherlands in line with group policy
• Monitor and report on KPIs including OTIF, customer satisfaction, and operational deviations
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete plans
• Coordinate and execute internal audit plans for quality, safety, and compliance
• Strengthen and safeguard integrated management systems including ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies across all locations
• Conduct risk analyses, security assessments, and operational audits
• Lead programs focused on parcel loss reduction and loss prevention
• Manage access control, camera systems, and other security systems
• Train, coach, and lead internal quality and safety teams
• Report results, risks, and incidents to local and international stakeholders

Requirements

• University or HBO level of professional thinking and working
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, safety, security, compliance, or operations
• Experience in a logistics, industrial, or fast-growing operational environment
• Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, occupational health and safety, and business continuity is a strong plus
• Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement
• Expertise in safety systems, risk analysis, and loss prevention
• Experience with audit processes and KPI management
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect different departments
• Leadership experience or proven experience coaching teams
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong plus
