Market Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Mexican team regarding unit planning and availability to improve the order-to-delivery process.
• Lead short and mid-term planning within the monthly S&OP cycle by analyzing historical sales, trends, and retail activities.
• Track and investigate forecast deviations to maintain high accuracy and proactively adjust plans.
• Manage inventory levels for the Mexican market, focusing on stock control for fast-moving products.
• Support the unit ordering strategy, including product allocation and stakeholder communication.
• Utilize IBP planning tools to reflect market scenarios and drive production adjustments.
• Assist the Market Planning Manager with quarterly financial volume forecasts and strategic storytelling.
• Create reports and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Planning, or Demand Planning.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (Advanced English written proficiency required).
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) tools.
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI or SQL.
• Knowledge of French or German.
