At Carvana, we sell cars, but we are not salespeople. We have made it our mission to create a hassle-free way for people to buy and sell cars through a no-pressure, no-haggle online experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, inventory quality, and scheduling
• Oversee registration paperwork and customer experience
• Lead employee experience, mentoring, and training programs
• Manage community outreach and develop creative process solutions
• Handle multiple projects and adapt to changing operational needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• At least five years of team leadership experience managing multiple employees
• Experience handling logistics
• Ability to manage employee and customer experience in fast-paced environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activity for 8+ hours
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and drive frequently
• Proficiency in English
