Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, inventory quality, and scheduling
• Oversee registration paperwork and customer experience
• Manage employee experience, mentoring, and training programs
• Handle community outreach and various operational tasks
• Develop creative solutions for process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• At least five years of team leadership experience managing multiple employees
• Experience handling logistics
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
