• Curate and clarify wording on live markets
• Audit resolutions for consistency, source integrity, and adherence to rules
• Build pipelines to turn raw events into scalable market categories
• Monitor internet trends to ensure timely coverage
• Build playbooks for rule drafting and dispute handling
• Monitor industry standards and regulatory guidance
• Pilot new market formats and types

Requirements

• Sharp legal and analytical mindset with attention to loopholes
• Strong editorial taste and ability to distinguish signal from noise
• Exceptional technical writing skills for clear, neutral, and unambiguous prose
• Market intuition regarding incentives, liquidity, and trader behavior
• High agency and proactive problem-solving
• Data and process rigor with ability to scale audits
• Fast decision-making in high-speed environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in prediction markets, sports-book operations, compliance, or exchange rulebooks
• Background in law, risk, journalism, or dispute resolution
• Product instinct for systems and user flows
• Ability to script or automate QA tools using SQL or Python
• Personal trading or market-making history on prediction platforms
• Prior startup or high-agency team experience
