Market Operation Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational subject matter expert within the Field Operations team
• Manage and lead operational support staff
• Educate employees on operational policies and procedures
• Resolve operations-related client issues
• Oversee account opening, maintenance, fund disbursements, and margin/risk items
• Monitor client accounts and transactions
• Perform delegated supervisory functions, including necessary approvals and authorizations

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with a leading financial institution
• Management experience in branch operations
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Required licenses: Series 7, Series 66, and Series 9/10 or Series 8
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build partnerships and delegate effectively
