Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with hosts by delivering timely support and occasional in-person meetings
• Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to identify growth opportunities
• Advise hosts on product usage and share feedback with internal teams
• Partner with the team to run one-to-many programs such as webinars and email campaigns

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or similar partner-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas in person, via phone, and email
• Strong commercial skills to drive revenue growth for hosts
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal)
