Market Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain operational processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
• Maximize vehicle throughput to meet performance targets and hit financial goals
• Manage Hub employees including technicians, porters, and flex porters
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Onboard new customers and expand services with existing accounts
• Track KPIs including vehicle throughput, revenue, and customer satisfaction
• Provide daily and weekly Hub performance reports to leadership
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Operations Leadership to align activities with company goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of collision management experience or a related operational role
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer relationship management
• Analytical mindset to address operational challenges
