Market Manager Gold Harvesting & Arable

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and control market goals, product mix, volumes, inventory, pricing, and discounts within financial processes (SBP, budget, and forecast)
• Monitor monthly sales, discounts, and yields by product group and country, deriving concrete corrective actions
• Identify and define tactical campaigns, including target values, KPIs, and financial frameworks, ensuring successful implementation
• Ensure price enforcement according to corporate guidelines and actively manage escalation levels in retail discount management
• Coordinate communication between sales and key interfaces such as pricing, volume, and campaigns, working closely with internal partners

Requirements

• Degree in technical, economic, or agricultural studies
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling complex datasets and controlling instruments
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team
