Market Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee a pest elimination market of up to $9M, ensuring sales goals and expense budgets are achieved
• Lead and develop a team of Field Operations Managers and 30+ Service Specialists
• Manage a significant P&L statement and deliver financial and operational goals
• Develop market growth strategies and build strong customer relationships
• Recruit, train, and coach field leaders to build a talent pipeline for the region
• Ensure compliance with Ecolab protocols, safety standards, and applicable regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a field support or service-related industry
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to obtain required pest certification and/or business licensing

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• 2 years of experience managing other managers
• Proven record of P&L management and meeting financial targets
• Experience in value-added sales or new account generation
• Bi-lingual skills (English and Spanish)
