Market Manager Cement and Mortars

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial activity for cement and mortars in the Madrid and Castilla-León regions to achieve sales objectives and maximize profitability.
• Manage and expand the assigned client portfolio through regular visits, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Prepare commercial documentation including offers, credit requests, orders, and site openings using corporate tools.
• Monitor market trends, detect new niches, and identify synergies between different business lines.
• Oversee credit risk and collection processes, including the follow-up of unpaid invoices.
• Ensure strict compliance with Group safety and health standards during client interactions and site visits.
• Handle customer claims and ensure high-quality service and follow-up.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Business or Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales management, client portfolio management, or site management, preferably within the construction materials sector.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry, specifically regarding cement and mortar applications.
• Valid driving license and full availability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Intermediate level of English.
• High orientation toward customer service and goal achievement.
