Market Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide the market to deliver sales goals and objectives within the territory and key customer accounts
• Collaborate with distributor partnerships to maximize performance and increase sales volumes
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts through impactful presentations and strategic planning
• Manage budgets effectively to increase profitability and demonstrate strong financial acumen
• Provide market and competitive brand updates to the commercial team regarding field conditions and competitor activity
• Survey the market to ensure distribution, pricing, POS, and displays are executed to standard
• Review overall market performance, including rate of sale drivers and activations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the spirits or beverage industry
• 2+ years of on-premise and off-premise experience
• Strong interpersonal and influential communication skills
