Responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory to surpass quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners
• Implement strategies to manage and optimize the long tail of Hotels in your region
• Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply within your assigned geography
• Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders
• Leverage data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax and customer support teams
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings and industry conferences

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
• 2+ years of tech or travel industry experience preferred
• Proven track record managing a leads pipeline and book of business
• Proficient quantitative skills with ability to interpret and apply data
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce
• Fluency in English and French
• Based in Paris with willingness to travel internationally every 4 to 6 weeks
