About the Company

8Fleet is a rapidly growing Los Angeles-based technology and logistics startup building the operational infrastructure for both autonomous and non-autonomous rideshare fleets. We operate large-scale vehicle fleets powered by W-2 drivers and are transforming mobility operations through technology, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Own all day-to-day operations within the market to ensure shifts run safely and efficiently
• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Coordinators, Fleet Supervisors, and frontline staff
• Monitor driver performance metrics including productivity, safety scores, and customer ratings
• Oversee onboarding, training, and reinforcement of Standard Operating Procedures
• Manage workforce scheduling and staffing to meet business demand
• Champion a strong culture of safety and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement performance improvement plans

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume operations (logistics, transportation, hospitality, or retail)
• 2+ years of experience leading and developing frontline teams
• Proven success in coaching employees and improving operational performance
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into action
• BA/BS degree with an impressive academic record
• Ability to work full-time, onsite in Los Angeles (5 days per week)

• Experience in rideshare, transportation, fleet operations, or logistics
