Responsibilities

• Localize the global growth playbook for the La Réunion market
• Manage local operations including card distribution and partner onboarding
• Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with local retailers
• Drive market growth through clear KPIs and end-to-end roadmaps
• Build local trust signals and credibility with stakeholders
• Act as the primary local face for Deblock at community events and in the press

Requirements

• Hands-on operational mindset with strong project planning skills
• Analytical rigor with ability to set and track KPIs
• Business development experience to build local pipelines and partnerships
• Operational versatility to manage logistics and commercial negotiations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience developing business or scaling consumer/fintech products
• Existing network of contacts in La Réunion retail, media, or payment sectors
