About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow Bounce’s network and close supply gaps across Europe
- Execute cold calling, emailing, and outreach to prospective clients
- Work closely with managers to identify strategic areas for expansion
- Proactively source and deliver new leads in addition to provided lists
- Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery calls, pitches, closing, account creation, and partner onboarding
Requirements
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a bonus)
- High-energy individual with a strong desire to learn and achieve results
- Comfortable with a high volume of sales calls and cold approaching businesses
- Resilience and comfort with handling rejection
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the drive to self-manage and work towards specific goals
- Confidence in face-to-face interaction and outside sales with local businesses
