Market Launcher

Responsibilities

• Sign businesses onto the Bounce platform within Spanish-speaking markets
• Execute a combination of inside and outside sales activities to grow the network
• Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery calls, sales pitches, closing, account creation, and partner onboarding
• Conduct high-volume outreach via cold calling, emailing, and direct prospecting
• Identify new areas for expansion in close collaboration with management
• Proactively generate new leads in addition to utilizing provided monthly leads

Requirements

• Full cycle sales experience within a startup environment
• Proven experience selling products or services to small businesses
• Experience managing a high volume of sales calls
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High level of confidence in face-to-face interactions and outside sales
• Resilience and comfort with handling rejection
